Welcome to the Cornell Road Online Open House

Thank you for visiting the Cornell Road Online Open House. We appreciate your interest in the planned safety improvements at the Cornell Road intersections with 17th Avenue and 21st Avenue. Your feedback helps us understand community needs and improve travel for people walking, biking, and driving in this area.

Construction is expected to begin in summer 2027 and finish in spring 2028. The project will add better pedestrian facilities, new street lighting, a traffic signal, changes to how vehicles enter and exit the intersections, and ADA compliant curb ramps. These upgrades are designed to improve visibility and reduce conflicts.
